Entry into any Competition confirms acceptance by you of these Terms and Conditions and you agree to be bound by them.

By commenting on a Facebook Timeline Comment or Instagram Post to Win Competition post you will receive entry into prize draws for a chance to win the advertised prize.

These Competition Terms and Conditions apply to all Facebook Timeline Comment and Instagram Post comments to Win Competition run by Back Story.

The Prize

Facebook Competition: The Prize on offer is a £400.00 Back Story gift certificate only (the “Prize”).

Instagram Competition: The Prize on offer is a £400.00 Back Story gift certificate only (the “Prize”).

The Prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. No cash or equivalent, or alternative, will be offered or given at the request of the winning entrant. Back Story reserves the right to substitute a prize of similar value in the event of non-availability of the Prize or the Prize cannot be awarded for reasons beyond Back Story's reasonable control.

How to enter & eligibility

To enter this competition, you must comment on the relevant Facebook and/or Instagram post.

This competition is free to enter and no purchase is necessary. You must be 18 years or older to enter this competition.

By entering this competition:

- You are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions; and

- You are confirming that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the Prize that you may win.

Back Story may require you to provide evidence that you meet the eligibility criteria to enter this competition. Back Story reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to aware the Prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

The prize draw

This competition will commence from 19:00 on 03/12/2020 and will close 23:59 on 13/12/2020. Any entries submitted after this time will not be accepted or included in the Prize draw.

The winner will be drawn on 14/12/2020 at random and will be contacted by Back Story within 10 days after this competition via Facebook.

The Prize is subject to Back Story contacting the winning entrant and confirming eligibility. If we cannot get in touch with the winning entrant after 2 weeks and/or we are unable to confirm eligibility, this may result in forfeiture of the Prize. In the event of forfeiture, we reserve the right to disqualify that entrant (without further liability to that entrant) and offer the Prize to another winner, who will be selected at random and thereafter until a winner is found.

Upon confirming of eligibility, the winning entrant’s will need to provide Back Story with relevant and appropriate details in order to deliver the Prize.

Limitation of liability

Back Story accepts no responsibility for incorrectly completed, lost or delayed entries, notices, acceptances, tickets or other documents related to the Prize.

So far as it is permitted by law, Back Story and its associated companies and agents are not responsible for any unforeseeable losses and liabilities, or any other loss or damage that you may incur which is not an obvious consequence of providing this competition, or where the failure is due to circumstances that are beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: any postponement or cancellation of the promotion; any changes to the supply or cancellation of or use of the Prize; and/or any act or default by the winning entrant. Back Story and its associated companies and agents are not responsible for any indirect, special or consequential losses you may suffer. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Data protection

Back Story is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy and will only use your personal information in accordance with these terms and conditions. By entering this competition, you agree that any personal information provided by you with your entry may be held and used by Back Story or its agents and suppliers to administer the competition.

Governing law and jurisdiction

This competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
