How Back Story works
1. Questionnaire and Music Selection
The interviewee completes a detailed questionnaire about their life and times and selects the 10 tracks that form the soundtrack of their life. We use this, along with their music choices, as a framework for the recorded interview (online or in person).
2. Interview & Record
Interviews can be conducted online via Zoom or In Person in the comfort of the interviewee’s own home. Interviews can be Audio only or Video + Audio. Interviews last about 2 hours and are professionally recorded.
3. Share & Preserve
The interview is professionally edited together with their music choices (fully licensed) and presented for the interviewee to enjoy and share with family and friends whilst preserving it for future generations. Their voice, their story, their soundtrack, recorded now and for future generations.
